法国人大卫。为我的奶奶莫妮卡创建了一个美食博客 “莫妮卡美食厨房” 与大家一起分享对美食的爱。很多传统的法国食谱都是和我亲爱的奶奶一起完成的。 我很喜欢中国，也希望你们会喜欢我的食谱呀。感谢你们的支持。

2008年，我为我的奶奶建立了一个美食博客。她热爱美食，喜欢和大家分享烹饪的乐趣，而我负责给她录像。和她一起，我们完成了100多个美食视频，我们也有幸上了报纸和电视。不幸的是在2010的十月她过世了，为了延续她对美食的热爱，我决定继续这个美食博客，现在我们已经有180多个视频啦。今天，我想在中国分享我的美食之旅，因为我觉得你们可能会喜欢法国美食。

你们可以直接在视频下留言，还可以直接下载对应的文字版食谱。我正在不断的制作视频的中文版放在优酷上。

我还会为你们写一些关于法国美食的专栏文章，为你们讲述一些经典热门菜谱及饮食传统的历史和趣事。

  • I want to say thank you for those interesting videos. Grandma Monica is like une magicienne. I decide to study pastry in Paris this year. By the way the subtitle(sous-titres) on youtube is terrible, is there anywhere I can find a better subtitle?

    Je m'appelle florence, je suis une chinoise, je veux bien apprendre la patisserie en france , pourriez vous me proposer des écoles qui ont un bon rapport qualité-prix svp ?

    • Bonjour Florence, si vous parlez bien français, vous pouvez choisir le Ceproc, la formation pâtisserie adulte que j'ai faite. Après, les prix sont + élevés à ferrandi mais c'est une excellente école et les cours pour étrangers sont dispensés en anglais :)

  • Hi, Monica. Nice to know that you wanna open a cafe in China. Quite on the opposite, I have been dreaming to go to France to learn how to bake. I hope I can speak fluent French before I depart. :)
